Mao, Chi, and their friends gathered at Mao's place to talk about their encounter with Farfarello and others. They worried that defeating Farfarello might bring in someone else who could harm Chi. Chi wanted to train with Sarue to be ready for that, and she promised to help him make up with Mayumi. Sarue agreed and began her training.

At the same time, the group planned to convince Farfarello to return to Ente Isla peacefully. Chi got emotional during practice with Suzuno, and later they met Mayumi, who shared her dreams and made Sarue happy by lifting his ban. Erone questioned Mao's desire for world rule, but he explained it was about making Ente Isla better. Erone left impressed. Then, Chi disappeared following Erone's orders.
