This also means that he is the most powerful Demon in the 12 Kizuki, otherwise known as the 12 Demon Moons, and the 2nd most powerful overall, after Muzan Kibutsuji.

Kokushibo possesses the ability to manipulate his blood into various forms of weapons, such as swords, spears, and whips. He has a complex relationship with his younger brother Yoriichi Tsugikuni, who was the most powerful Demon Slayer and the original wielder of the Sun Breathing style. Kokushibo is a swordsman and the only Demon to use a breathing style, namely Breath of the Moon. His Blood Demon Art also contributes to his strength as a swordsman.
